Thank you to Polly Dallas for giving me her recipe for these delicious hash browns. 

Serves about 10

 Ingredients

1 pound pack of Simply Potatoes shredded hash browns

1 can of celery soup

1 container of sour cream

1 eight ounce pack of shredded mixed cheese

a pinch of salt

a pinch of pepper

1 chopped onion

mashed garlic (3 cloves for the normal people, but for everyone else, put as much as you dare)

 

Steps

1)      Preheat your oven to 350.
2)     Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.    
3)     Pour into a greased casserole dish.
4)     Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes until brown at the top.
5)      Enjoy the creamy deliciousness!
