This is Lynnette Cestero's recipe for making fluffy, buttery pancakes.
Serving size depends on how big you make the pancakes.

 Ingredients

2 cups Martha White Self-Rising Flour

2 tablespons sugar

3 eggs

2/3 cup butter

 Steps

1)       Sift the flour and sugar together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

2)       Put the butter in a small microwavable bowl and melt it in the microwave.

3)      Add the milk, melted butter, and eggs to the flour/sugar mixture.

4)      Whisk this together, but make sure not to mix for too long. The longer you mix the more fluffiness you lose.

5)      Let the mix sit for 5 min.

6)      While you wait, spray your griddle or pan with Butter Pam and put it on medium heat.

7)      Cook pancakes as per usual.
