This recipe is from Matt Jones (my dad) He has never been one to follow recipes; he always makes up his own. Sometimes they fail, some times they succeed. This one in particular turned out MARVELOUS. Ingredients 1 stick of butter ½ pack cream creese 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream 1 small pack Castelllo Danish Blue Cheese ½ container of Kraft Parm Plus! Garlic Herb mashed garlic cloves (as much as you can handle) 1 cup heavy cream |
Steps 1) Begin to melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. 2) Add cream cheese and sour cream. Continue to melt. 3) Crumble in the blue cheese and melt until it's creamy. 4) Add heavy cream. 5) Whip the Kraft Parm Plus! into the mixture. 6) Add the garlic. (again as much as you want) 7) You are done! Pour the hot mixture over prepared pasta. |
